At Parenthood we offer free impartial advice in a relaxed one on one consultation (usually outside of regular store hours). Our trained staff will tell you what’s essential, what’s not, how to get maximum benefit out of every product and help you compile a list of merchandise that is just right for you and your family.

Parenthood offers a gift wrapping service in store. We simply request a gold coin donation to support our nominated charity.
Preparing for the arrival of a new baby usually means planning well ahead to ensure everything is ready well before your due date. At Parenthood we invite customers to layby their selected furniture and hardware for up to 90 days. With a deposit of 30% we will happily order and store your items until you are ready to set up your baby’s nursery.

Layby installments can be paid over the phone with a credit card.
Parenthood offers a delivery service to addresses which are located within a 15km radius of our stores for a standard charge of $60.00. We are also happy to provide quotations for deliveries to premises which are beyond the 15km radius, by arrangement.
Whilst Parenthood does not offer an assembly service, our Customer Service Department is able to provide you with contact details for businesses that specialize in this field. |
